Google Web Fonts

Our website uses web fonts provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") to uniformly display fonts. When you visit our website, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache so that texts and fonts are displayed correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer. Information about Google Web Fonts can be found at developers. google. com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: www. google. com/policies/privacy.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", see above the general explanation of cookies.

Cookies are used within the framework of Google Analytics for the purpose of analyzing your use of the website and measuring its range.

An overview of the cookies used by Google Inc. when using Google Analytics can be found here (in English). https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage?hl=en.

The legal basis for the collection and storage of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is based on the fact that we can see from the analysis data, for example, where users break off the page visit and we can accordingly improve our pages for you or from which countries our page is accessed and we can thus adapt our language selection. We have added the code "gat. _anonymizeIp();" to our website Google Analytics to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking, further information available at support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the collected analysis data to a specific person.

The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, because IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Google LLC is certified under the US Privacy Shield to ensure a level of data protection appropriate to the DSGVO. We have entered into an order processing agreement with Google LLC under which Google Inc. will demonstrate to us that it has taken appropriate and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on available under the following link: tools. google. com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Further information on data protection at Google Analytics can be found at support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.

Google Adwords

We use AdWords and the Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer ("conversion cookie") if you come to our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and we do not collect any personal data from our site that could indicate the identity of the user. However, your IP address will be sent to Google Inc. in the USA so that they can carry out the described analyses for us. Google LLC. is certified under the US Privacy Shield to ensure a level of data protection appropriate to the DSGVO. We have entered into an order processing agreement with Google LLC under which Google Inc. will demonstrate to us that it has taken appropriate and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

As long as the cookie is still active, we can use Google Conversion Tracking when a user visits our site to recognize that this user clicked on the Adwords ad and was originally forwarded to our site in this way. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The information obtained with the cookies is used solely to generate conversion statistics for us as AdWords customers. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.

The legal basis for the use of the conversion tracking cookie is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest arises from the fact that without the use of cookies we cannot trace which AdWords advertisements would be called up by you and thus could not make targeted advertising according to your interests. The interference with your personal rights is minimal, as we do not receive any data that could lead to your identification.

You can prevent the aforementioned collection of information by deactivating the automatic setting of cookies in the browser setting or by setting your browser so that only cookies from the "googleadservices. com" domain are blocked. We cannot exclude the possibility that this may result in restrictions on the usability of our site. You also have the option in Google's Ads Preferences Manager to disable the use of cookies and thus personalized ads. Further information is available at support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922.

Use and application of Shariff

We have integrated the Shariff component on our website. This is distributed by GitHub, Inc. 88 Colin P. Kelly Junior Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The Shariff component provides social media buttons.

Normally, the button solutions provided by the social networks already transmit personal data to the respective social network when a user visits a website into which a social media button has been integrated. By using the Shariff component, personal data is only transmitted to social networks when the visitor to a website actively presses one of the social media buttons. Further information on the Shariff component can be found in English in the computer magazine c't at www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Datenschutz-und-Social-Media-Der-c-t-Shariff-ist-im-Einsatz-2470103.html. The purpose of using the Shariff component is to protect the personal data of visitors to our website and at the same time to enable us to integrate a button solution for social networks on this website. Further information and GitHub's current privacy policy can be found at help.github.com/articles/github-privacy-policy/.

The "XING Share Button" is used on this website. There is also no evaluation of your usage behaviour via the use of cookies in connection with the "XING Share Button". Since XING does not collect any personal data, there is no need for a separate legal basis for the use of the XING share button according to the DSGVO.

LinkedIn Share button

This page uses the LinkedIn-Share button of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("LinkedIn"). We use the so-called "Shariff solution" to avoid involuntary data transmission. Only by clicking on the LinkedIn-Share button to link or recommend a post, the data transfer to the network is activated. You can then log in to LinkedIn with your user account and share the contribution in your profile or if you are already registered with LinkedIn. LinkedIn can then track what page of our website you have visited and what interactions you have made with our website. For more information, please see LinkedIn's privacy policy, available at www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. The legal basis is Art. 6 lit. a DSGVO, since by activating the share function you consent to the above-mentioned processing of your data.

WhatsApp

We use the Messenger service "WhatsApp", a free service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
