Originally baked

Original: even the ancient Romans appreciated the advantages of the stone oven. The high initial heat slowly decreases during the baking process - the result is baked goods with an incomparable crust and a soft and juicy crumb that stays fresh for a long time. Our frozen bakery products from the stone oven are flash-frozen immediately after baking, so their aroma stays fresh for a long time.
