Sales name: Plunder pastry with cherry filling (31%), deep-frozen
Instructions: Put the frozen plunder pastries on a baking sheet with baking paper. Pre-heat the oven up to 200°C. Let the products thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 15 - 20 minutes and bake them with much steam. The products can also be baked frozen without thawing but with a longer baking time for ca. 2 minutes. The first method gives a more optimal result (volume/shine). Baking times and temperature depend on the oven.
Convection oven: 175 - 180°C, baking time ca. 20 minutes
Rotary oven: 190 - 200°C, baking time ca. 20 minutes
