| Instructions: |
Put the frozen plunder pastries on a baking sheet with baking paper. Pre-heat the oven up to 200°C. Let the products thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 15 - 20 minutes and bake them with much steam. The products can also be baked frozen without thawing but with a longer baking time for ca. 2 minutes. The first method gives a more optimal result (volume/shine). Baking times and temperature depend on the oven. |
