Instructions: Put the frozen yeast plaits on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 5 minutes. Sprinkle the yeast plaits with the coarse granulated sugar and let then thaw another 10-15 minutes. Then bake the yeast plaits in a pre-heated oven with steam. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven.
Convection oven: 180°C baking time, ca. 16 minutes
Rotary oven: 200°C baking time: ca. 16 minutes
