Sales name: Plunder pastry with vanilla filling (20%) and raisins (7,6%), deep-frozen
Instructions: Put the frozen plunder pastry on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 20 min. and then bake them in a pre-heated oven with much steam. The products can also be baked frozen in a pre-heated oven with a longer baking time up to 2 minutes. The first method gives a more optimal baking result. Baking time and temperature depend on the oven.
Convection oven: 175 - 180°C, baking time: ca. 20 minutes
Rotary oven: 200 - 210°C, baking time: ca. 20 minutes
