Instructions:	Put the frozen yeast dough crown on a baking sheet with baking paper, let them thaw at an ambient temperature for 10-15 min. und bake them in a pre-heated oven without steam.
Convection oven:	180°C 11-14 min.
Rotary oven:	200°C 11-14 min.
