Instructions: Place tomato strudel onto a baking tray with non-stick paper and allow to defrost for 10 - 15 minutes. Bake in the pre-heated oven with plenty of steam. Shut flue. Open flue after 18 minutes to make the product crispy on top.
Convection oven: 170°C - 190°C Baking time: 20 - 22 minutes
