Instructions: Place frozen puff pastry product onto a baking tray and allow to defrost for approx. 15 minutes. Bake in the pre-heated oven at the temperatures indicated with a small amount of steam. Open flue after approx. 10 minutes. Baking times and baking temperatures can vary depending on the type of oven.
Convection oven: 170°C - 190°C Baking time: approx. 18 - 22 min.
Rotary oven: 215°C > 190°C (reducing in heat) Baking time: approx. 18-22 min.
