Instructions:	Put the frozen croissants on a baking sheet with baking paper. Pre-heat the oven. Let the products thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 15 - 20 min. and bake them with much steam. The products can also be baked frozen in a pre-heated oven with a longer baking time for ca. 2 minutes. The first method gives a more optimal baking result. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven.
Convection oven:	175 - 180°C, baking time ca. 20 minutes
Rotary oven:	200 - 210°C, baking time ca. 20 minutes
