Instructions:	Place frozen bakery products on a baking tray and allow to defrost at room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 230°C. Bake the bakery products at 180°C-210°C with steam for approx. 8-10 minutes. Baking time depends on the desired brownness or the respective type of oven.

Rotary oven:	200°C Baking time: approx.10 minutes
