Instructions:	Place the frozen bakery products on a baking tray and allow to defrost at room temperature for approx. 20 minutes, if possible. Pre-heat oven to 230°C. Bake the bakery products at 200°C with steam for approx. 10 minutes. Baking time depends on the desired brownness or the type of oven.
