Instructions: Put the frozen ciabatta on a baking sheet and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 10 minutes. Pre-heat the oven up to 200°C and bake the products as follows:
Convection oven: 200 - 210°C baking time: ca. 15 min.
Rotary oven: 210 - 220°C baking time: ca. 15 min.
