Instructions:	Put the Lye Pretzels on a baking sheet with baking paper and let them thaw at an ambient temperatures for 10 minutes. Pre-heat the oven up to 210°C, cut the Pretzels and, if requested, sprinkle them with salt and then bake the products.
Convection oven:	180°C 12 min.
Rotary oven:	180°C 12 min.
