Instructions: Put the frozen Lye Pretzel on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 10 minutes. Sprinkle the Lye Pretzel with the coarse granulated salt and then bake in a pre-heated oven with open slide. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven.
