Instructions: Put th lye plaits on a coated baking sheet and let them thaw for ca. 20 minutes. Pre-heat the oven up to 210°C and sprinkle the lye plaits with coarse granulated salt and bake them as follows. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven.
Convection oven: ca. 180 - 200°C, baking time ca. 18 - 20 minutes
Rotary oven: ca. 210 - 230°C, baking time ca. 18 - 20 minutes
