| Instructions: |
Allow rolls to defrost at room temperature for 60 minutes. To prove: Allow to prove at 37°C and 75% humidity for 90 minutes. To bake product: Bake rolls at 210°C for 2 minutes, then continue baking with steam at 190°C for 14 minutes, then bake at 190°C with an open flue for 3 minutes. Baking times and baking temperatures can vary depending on the type of oven. Do not refreeze defrosted rolls. |
