Instructions:	Place frozen dough products onto a baking tray. Bake in the pre-heated oven with steam. To defrost: Bake with plenty of steam at 145°C for 6 minutes, then bake in the fan-assisted oven at 190°C for approx. 18 minutes. Baking times and baking temperatures can vary depending on the type of oven.
