Instructions: Place frozen dough products onto a baking tray. Bake in the pre-heated oven with steam. To defrost: The dough products should be defrosted in the oven with plenty of steam (for 6 min.) at 145°C. Then bake in a fan-assisted oven at approx. 190°C for approx. 18 minutes. Baking time and baking temperature can vary depending on the type of oven.

Rotary oven: 200°C Baking time: approx. 18 minutes
