Instructions: Allow to defrost at room temperature for approx. 60 minutes. Allow to prove for approx. 90 minutes at a temperature of 37°C and 75% humidity. Pre-heat oven to 210°C, bake multi-grain rolls with steam at 210°C for approx. 1 - 2 minutes, then reduce temperature to 190°C and bake for 14 - 16 minutes, then bake at 210°C for approx. 3 minutes. Total baking time approx. 18 - 20 minutes. Baking times and baking temperatures can vary depending on the type of oven.
