Instructions: Put the butter croissants on a baking sheet with baking paper and pre-heat the oven up to 180°C. Let the croissants thaw for ca. 20-30 minutes and bake them in the pre-heated oven. As requested bake them with steam. Exact baking temperatures and times depend on the oven.
Convection oven: 175°C baking time: ca. 18 minutes
Rotary oven: 190°C baking time: ca. 18 minutes
