Instructions:	Put the frozen plunder pastries on a baking sheet and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 20 minutes. Then bake them in a pre-heated oven with much steam. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven. The product will be delivered pre-proved, after baking and cooling the product can be improved according illustration.
Convection oven:	175 - 180°C baking time ca. 20 minutes
Rotary oven:	190 - 200°C baking time ca. 20 minutes
